DupliCAL’s unique live conversation voice and video recording technology helps enterprises to record scenarios such as counter services and field operations, enabling enterprises to monitor and trace the complete communications between staff and customers.

Voice and Video Recording of Live Conversation

Face-to-face conversations are picked up with an external directional or omni-directional microphone and sent to the server over the network using a desktop or embedded voice recording adapter. In addition, the user can also record the live conversation through the mobile phone APP.

Video is recorded by connecting high-definition camera, and sent to the server through network.

Users can also use the mobile phone APP to record live conversations. Administrators can manage all the recording files, such as live recording, mobile recording and phone recording in, a unified manner.
