System Structure

  • Manage and retrieve recordings through a browser
  • Data center deployment recording system consists of call record server, screen server database, and management server
  • Provides RESTfu lAPI for the business system to retrieve, play and download audio / video / screen recording files
  • SIP video phone uses SIP protocol and H.264 video encoding format for data transmission; voice coding format uses G.711 or G.729a.
  • The SIP video call data is obtained through the mirror port to provide SIP signaling data and video call audio / video data stream. The network switch sends the data stream to the call recording server through the mirror port. (Note: It is recommended to use a Gigabit Ethernet switch or higher-performance device.)
  • Install screen recording terminal program on employee’s PC to record screen. After the terminal program is started, it establishes communication with the screen recording server, uploads the data of the screen operation process to the screen recording server, and writes the recorded index data to the database.
  • Voice / video / screen recording files are temporarily stored on the recording server (the retention period can be set according to the capacity of the hard disk), and uploaded to the NAS storage device through FTP / SFTP at the same time. If the network between the recording server and the NAS is interrupted, the recording / recording / screen recording file will be saved locally on the recording server and will be restored to the NAS after the network is recovered.
